ILIAS Solutions is excited to welcome Alfonz Liska as Business Development Manager with a focus on client relationships in Central and Eastern Europe. Alfonz brings experience in aviation maintenance, airworthiness, logistics, and fleet management. In the past 7 years, he has obtained extensive experience in managing various international contracts with partners such as Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, NSPA and also ILIAS Solutions.

Liska is an aviation professional with over 20 years of active experience in aviation maintenance, airworthiness, logistics, sales, and project management. He led aviation maintenance at the MRO of the Slovak Ministry of Defense and was later promoted to the role of Commercial Director. Previously, he worked at a Business Jet Company in the Czech Republic as a Pilot and Post Holder of Continuous Airworthiness. Alfonz managed a fleet of Cessna Citation Jets, which included modern fleet management operations.
Alfonz is an EASA-approved Airworthiness Manager, and his tasks involve various specialized responsibilities of Aviation Safety Management Systems and Quality Systems. He began his aviation career in London, UK, as a Logistic Manager in an EASA Part 145 Maintenance Organization. He completed various specialized trainings and courses, including Sikorsky Maintenance Manager training for the UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter.
Alfonz graduated from aviation college as an Avionics specialist and later from the Military Aviation Academy with specialization in Automatic and Weapon Systems. He is a fixed-wing and hot air balloon pilot, very keen on helicopter training recently. His passion also includes Air-to-Air photography and various other aviation activities such as RC modeling and FPV flying. He is married with two sons based in the beautiful city of Trencin, Slovakia.”
