Bart De Westelinck brings 25 years of technology leadership experience, including 15 years focused on scaling global enterprise software operations. His background spans operational transformation, professional services, customer operations, governance and international partner ecosystems.

Prior to joining ILIAS Solutions, De Westelinck held several senior leadership positions, most recently as Director Business Excellence and before that Director Professional Services. In these roles, he was responsible for initiatives to establish global operating frameworks, standardize international operations and improve the scalability and efficiency of customer delivery.

His track record includes implementing customer onboarding frameworks that reduced time-to-value by 40%, and building partner enablement models that expanded the organization’s execution footprint by 25%. As Director of Professional Services, he led a global organization delivering complex enterprise software projects.

As COO, Bart De Westelinck will bring his operational and transformation experience to ILIAS as the company continues its growth journey.
