Across AV’s internal JUMP® 20 operations. The collaboration will elevate Reliability, Availability, & Maintainability (RAM) insights through detailed data capture, advanced analytics, and seamless integration within AV’s enterprise systems.
The collaboration centers around the implementation of ILIAS’ industry leading solution within AV’s fleet management environment for the JUMP 20 platform. By integrating detailed RAM data capture and analytics, the initiative will significantly enhance operational insight, decision-making, and long-term sustainment efficiency.
The initiative includes installation and configuration of the ILIAS platform on AV’s cloud infrastructure, migration of historic fleet data, rapid activation of RAM data collection, integration with Oracle Fusion, and comprehensive training for AV personnel who will form the ILIAS Competence Center.
“Partnering with ILIAS represents a significant step forward in how we manage and sustain the JUMP 20 fleets at scale,” said Tracy Stapleton, Assistant Product Line General Manager for Medium Unmanned Aircraft Systems at AV. “By integrating advanced fleet management and analytics, we’re gaining deeper visibility into our global logistics footprint—from spares provisioning to component lifecycle performance. This collaboration allows us to harness both legacy and real-time flight data to strengthen our reliability, availability, and maintainability insights, ultimately enabling more informed decisions and improving operational readiness for our customers.”
Ian Knight, CEO of ILIAS Federal Solutions, highlighted the shared vision: “We’re proud to support AV with a solution built for modern UAS operations. Together, we’re enabling a new level of insight that will strengthen sustainment and operational performance for the JUMP 20 program.”
By connecting maintenance, logistics, and operational datasets across enterprise systems, AV is enabling predictive maintenance, improved failure analysis, and more accurate lifecycle forecasting. Aligned with the Department of War’s growing focus on readiness and resilient sustainment, the initiative enables real-time visibility into fleet health, maintenance trends, and global logistics. This enhanced situational awareness supports faster, more informed decision-making—reducing downtime, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring system availability in complex and contested environments.
Together, these capabilities position AV to deliver higher fleet availability, optimize total cost of ownership, and drive continuous improvement across design, sustainment, and operations—reinforcing its role as a leader in data-driven, mission-ready autonomous systems.
