Harry Corstens ,Strategic Account Manager, ILIAS Solutions: “Being a former Dutch officer, I understand the power of ILIAS as a commercial-off-the-shelf Defense Platform. Therefore, I see it as my mission to bring the added value of ILIAS to the relevant stakeholders in The Netherlands. I’m convinced that ILIAS will bring the specific capability to truly enhance the availability and sustainability of the military fleet.

Corstens is a retired Royal Netherlands Army Lieutenant-Colonel with over 15 years of experience in army maintenance and logistics. His experience varies from being embedded as a maintenance officer within a reconnaissance battalion to leading a battalion-sized ILM unit. After having successfully concluded the Advanced General Staff Course, he became the Corps Operational Planner for the NRF4 engagement at the German/Netherlands Corps in Münster. He ended his military career in Paris as a liaison officer to the French Ministry of Defense, where he coordinated the EU-mission to Chad and the French OMLT mission to Afghanistan.

Corstens journey with ILIAS Solutions began in 2018, where he made significant strides in reinforcing the ILIAS Expeditionary Deployment Operations capability. Together with Damen Naval he established the Autonomous Asset Management (A2M) product. A cutting-edge technology powered by ILIAS Solutions and designed to enhance naval operations on shore and on board a vessel. His role as Channel Manager Damen and Patria and Regional Manager Latin America remains.

Harry is a Royal Netherlands Military Academy alumnus and holds an executive master in security and defense; both form the Dutch Defense Academy and the French War College. He also studied Organizational Management at the VU in Amsterdam and holds a Master of Industrial Dynamics from the Paris II Panthéon-Assis.
