FARNBOROUGH, England – July 22, 2026 – ITI Engineering (ITI), a leading provider of rugged military computing systems, today announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between ITI Engineering, ILIAS Solutions, a Patria company, and OneLogistics, establishing a cooperative framework for pursuing international defense sustainment opportunities.
The MOU was signed during the 2026 Farnborough International Airshow, one of the world's premier aerospace and defense industry events.
The agreement brings together three complementary areas of expertise: ITI’s ruggedized mission computing and data transfer systems, ILIAS Solutions’ defense fleet management and sustainment software, and OneLogistics’ logistics infrastructure, warehousing, and supply chain capabilities.
Together, the companies intend to collaborateon integrated sustainment solutions that enable defense customers to managemission data, fleet readiness, logistics visibility, and forward supportrequirements across complex operating environments.
“International defense customers are looking for sustainment solutions that are practical, integrated, and ready to support mission needs in the field,” said Kevin Speed, President of ITI Engineering. “This agreement brings together hardware, software, and logistics expertise in a way that can help customers improve readiness and better support distributed operations.”
ILIAS Solutions brings proven defense software expertise across fleet management, sustainment, and operational readiness, supporting multiple platforms and allied defense programs. Through the agreement, ILIAS will support the software and digital sustainment layer of the collaborative offering.
“Modern sustainment requires a clear view of fleet status, maintenance needs, and asset availability,” said Ian Knight, President of ILIAS Federal Solutions and Chief Commercial Officer of ILIAS Solutions. “By working with ITI Engineering and OneLogistics, we can bring a connected approach to defense sustainment for allied customers operating across countries and platforms.”
OneLogistics brings operational logistics experience, including warehousing, control tower, customs, and supply chain support for complex defense environments.
“Sustainment is not only about moving parts. It is about creating the infrastructure, visibility, and coordination needed to keep critical systems ready,” said René de Koning, CEO and Owner of OneLogistics B.V. “This collaboration gives customers access to complementary capabilities across the full sustainment chain.”
This MOU enables the three companies to bring a more coordinated sustainment approach to allied defense customers, combining proven capabilities across mission hardware, fleet management, and logistics to better support readiness in distributed operating environments.
