Like every year, we were much pleased to welcome our customers and partners on the occasion of the User Community Meeting 2017 (UCM 2017).
CLOSING THE GAP
This edition took place in Fort Worth (Texas, USA) at the end of September and was a great opportunity to discuss the key directions for the ILIAS Defense Platform. In addition to that, we had the chance to understand our customers challenges even better. Our main goal during this event was to respect diversity while enforcing synergy between our customers.
Compared with last year, this edition highlighted our desire to support our customers in trainings towards our platform improvements to bring excellence in defense information management. With the introduction of the ILIAS Academy and ILIAS NVO, we confirmed the logical continuation of our last year’s commitment to close the gap and manage change as we progress together with our community in building smart solutions.
LARGER THE COMMUNITY, HIGHER THE STAKES
We are proud to see that ILIAS customer base is growing on an ongoing basis. Now, more than ever, our community is at the heart of our concerns along with all of the relative challenges.
The UCM 2017 has opened up new prospects for us and have consolidated our belief and trust in our defense platform and, more importantly, our work and relationship with each and every one of our customers.
